Royal Queens Custom Designs operates The Royal Edit. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Name and email address when you check out or create an account.
• Order history and download activity.
• A random visitor identifier, referring platform, pages and products viewed, bag additions and favorites, to understand how the shop is used. We do not collect advertising profiles. Do Not Track requests are respected.

Payments

Payments are processed by a secure third-party payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

• To deliver your files and send receipts.
• To provide customer support.
• To send updates or promotions only if you opt in — you can unsubscribe at any time.

Cookies & local storage

We use your browser’s storage to remember your bag, favorites and a random visitor identifier. Signed-in bags and favorites are also saved securely with your profile. Clear browser storage to remove the local identifier. The owner can see aggregate product and platform activity.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers needed to run the store (payments, email, hosting).

Your rights

You may request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing us.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
