All sales are final
Because our products are digital files that are delivered instantly and can't be returned, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a file has been purchased.
When we'll make it right
- A file is damaged, corrupted or won't open.
- You received the wrong file.
- You were charged twice for the same order.
Contact us within 7 days of purchase and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.
